Matt Budenstein, co-owner of Liberty Kitchen, will show participants how to make tasty and filling salads. Participants are encouraged to follow along and make their own salad during the program. In 2020, Penn Memory Center began holding virtual caregiver forums in response to the uncertainty and tension caregivers faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. These forums are a place for caregivers with a loved one in facility care and caregivers with a loved one at home to connect and gather.
