Join us for a morning of meditation & mindfulness to promote well-being! Weekly on Thursday afternoons, we will explore mindfulness exercises that can be done in a group and/or solo when you are at home. Mindfulness practices and exercises can help ease your stress, calm your mind, and ground you in the present moment. Each session will include guided meditations, an introduction to mindfulness and meditation techniques, and group discussions. Grief Yoga
Join us for a morning of support and relaxation! We understand that caregivers may experience a spectrum of emotions, challenges, shifts in relationship dynamics, uncertainty, exhaustion, physical demands, disconnection, and the list probably goes on. However, you are not alone! Please join our instructor Beth for yoga as a way to allow her to care for you. Let this be a devoted time for you to become aware, to express, to connect, and to restore.
