Shake It Up Exercise
Virtual- ZoomLearn more about Shake It Up here. An and Tiffany, nursing students at the University of Pennsylvania, have created a program to get you up and moving. We recommend you have a chair if you need assistance with balance, and if you’d like the additional resistance, either dumbbells or water bottles, available while we build a sweat together! We’re open to all levels of mobility, and family/friend caregivers are welcome to join us too. Schedule: The class will be live every Monday at 12 p.m. EST.
