Everyone has a favorite sandwich. Maybe it’s a classic turkey BLT with mayo, the Italian Hoagie from your preferred deli, or mom’s PB&J. All fine options, no doubt. But if you want to take your sandwiches up a notch, join Matt Buddenstein, co-owner of Liberty Kitchen, for a virtual sandwich making class. Buddenstein will take his experiences as a longtime cheesemonger and current purveyor of Liberty Kitchen, a locally-sourced deli and commissary kitchen right in Fishtown, to add a little pizazz to your next meal.
