Elizabeth Espinal, MS, is a neuropsychology extern working with Dr. Mechanic-Hamilton at PMC. She is a fourth-year clinical psychology PhD candidate (adult neuropsychology major area of study) at Drexel University. Her clinical work and research interests focus on the intersection of neuroscience and neuropsychology to study the neural correlates of memory consolidation during sleep. Elizabeth is an NSF-GRFP fellow, APAGS member-at-large, a student co-leader of Drexel’s chapter of the Association of Neuropsychology Student & Trainees (ANST) group, and part of the Drexel Graduate Women in Science and Engineering outreach program.
