We recommend you have a chair if you need assistance with balance, and if you’d like the additional resistance, either dumbbells or water bottles, available while we build a sweat together! Carly Rogers, a social worker at the Penn Memory Center, has created a program of meditation and mindfulness, that focuses on techniques of meditation & mindfulness to promote well-being.
