Roseann Mancini joined the joined Penn Memory Center in April 2026. She is a GUIDE Care Navigator for the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model, where she provides ongoing care navigation and support to individuals living with dementia and their families across Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Roseann worked for a Long-Term Care Insurance company as a Care Coordinator in the local five counties. Her role was supporting aging individuals and their families with the challenges of aging in place. Roseann has her bachelor’s degree in behavioral and social gerontology from Gwynedd Mercy University.
