Kelli Sloan is a second-year, clinical, master’s of social work intern from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. Sloan graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with her bachelor’s of arts in biology in 2011. After graduation, Sloan worked as a senior group leader at The Discovery School of Virginia, a therapeutic, wilderness, boarding school for teenage boys.
Since starting her graduate work, Kelli has expanded her interests to include medical social work and assisting older adults. She plans to obtain her social work license upon graduation from the School of Social Policy and Practice in May 2021 and find a career in the healthcare profession.
