Kamila Ahmad is a Philadelphia-based creative writer with an academic interest in neuroscience and a passion for community outreach. As a yoga instructor, she’s worked with older adults, leading classes at senior centers and health clubs in Philadelphia, South Jersey and Delaware. Kamila’s interested in how exercising discernment in nutrition is at the helm of overall health, most specifically, mental health. She believes neuroscience is the bridge to tangible examples in favor of building a framework for whole living by way of nutrition. With a background in video production and visual arts, she plans to demonstrate accessible means and methods to healthy living and edifying the quality of life of caregivers and their loved ones.
