Lana Ying is a clinical intern at the Penn Memory Center. Lana completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2017. She obtained her master’s degree in clinical psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2019. She completed her graduate training from the University of Florida in Clinical Psychology in 2025 with a concentration of neuropsychology. She was a member of the MCI & Dementia Prevention Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Glenn Smith. Her research interests include the effects of behavioral interventions in older adults with MCI and their caregivers across various racial/ethnic populations and cross-cultural adaptation of intervention programs focusing on delaying or preventing cognitive decline.
